Return Policy
Here you can find detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy is calculated from the date the order is received. Please check whether any of these items apply to you and whether the items fall under our return policy.
The following reasons are covered by our FULL COVERAGE 30-day return/exchange policy. (Igiftree is responsible for return shipping costs and replacement fees)
1. We shipped the wrong order or the wrong items.
2. You received defective items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
The following reasons are covered by our LIMITED SERVICE COVERAGE 30-day return/exchange policy. (The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee. Igiftree does not refund shipping costs.)
1. You selected the wrong product size.
2. Personal reasons.
3. Your thoughts or preferences have changed.
(Personalized items are unique. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for these returns.)
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these matters:
1. The products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to chemicals may change the appearance of your product.
2. The products are damaged due to improper handling or maintenance.
Return / Exchange Process
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact our customer service representative first for further assistance.

Step 2: Place the items in the original packaging and securely seal the package.
Step 3: Drop off your package at your local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return policy. (Approximately 5-7 business days)
Refunds
Once our customer service approves your request, returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your package. The money will be transferred back to your original payment account depending on your bank or payment provider (about 5-7 business days). Your bank or payment provider may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal. All debit or credit card payments will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Shipping Cost Refund: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Even if you enjoyed free or discounted shipping, each order incurs the original shipping cost. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
For products that are not damaged but the customer would like to return, you may contact our customer service first to request a refund. After we receive the product without damage, we will arrange a refund for you within two to three business days. (Note: The shipping cost for this process is borne by the customer.)
Igiftree will refund the customer 10 USD as a return shipping fee under the following circumstances:
1. The customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is defective, damaged, or has incorrect engraving. (For defective or damaged items, customers must contact us within 48 hours after receiving their order.)
Please note: Igiftree reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unacceptable condition.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelling an order within 24 hours is free of charge. After this period, restocking/handling fees will apply for cancellations even if the order has not been shipped.
2. Orders cancelled within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will receive a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment confirmation will receive a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. The above conditions apply before the order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
